Hey guys! My name is Megan Ballard, and I am an IFBB Pro Women’s Physique competitor. I was born in Plano, Texas and raised in Oklahoma. I've always been driven by the challenge of trying new things and discovered in my time as a young adult that I was a natural artist, unafraid to push the limits in athleticism, and willing to be a leader in the spotlight. I discovered my willingness to be fearless in physical conditioning, thanks to years of cheerleading. I would say learning how to work on a team and the hours spent practicing, encouraged my decision as an adult to make other dreams happen.
Thanks to the encouragement of family and friends, I've been able to progress through my first competition in 2010 and since then have been able to compete three more times with two Overall wins and winning my pro card in 2016. I've been able to grow in my fitness goals physically, and I am a personal fitness coach/trainer helping others to take control of their dreams. You don't have to give up what makes you happy, and you can test yourself with new challenges, and work towards new goals as long as you have the motivation. I am a Mom, full-time student pursuing Nursing, I coach clients weekly, train barrels, and I take time to kick back and still go on new adventures. The only person who limits us is ourselves. My happiness stems from my ability never to give up, and I hope that I'm able to encourage others to pursue their dreams.
